Blue Man Group Milwaukee reviews
Wish I could say it was fun
Wish I could say it was fun. paid for premium seats for myself and my kids, as did quite a few others who brought their younger kids. Every parent had their three or four-year-olds on their shoulders or in their laps jumping around like crazy. Orchestra was not the place to sit, you couldn’t see the performers at all. The venue was horrible for orchestra seating because it was all flat. I’ve seen them twice before in Boston and had a blast, but that was 10 years ago. The performance was great, the material was lacking. They did their signature songs, but the rest of it was sometimes painful to listen to. Lots of dissonance. The crowd participation was the worst of it, in a massive stadium they would disappear down an aisle and the stage screens wouldn’t show you anything. That left almost everybody guessing at what was happening. I wish I could say I had fun, the venue was probably the worst of the experience, but I’m not sure a different one would’ve helped.
